GritUp Solutions Private Limited
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026
This policy explains how Gritup Solutions Private Limited (“GritUp”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use GritUp Life, including its website, assessments, reports and related support services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, verified mobile number, assessment answers, goals, movement and comfort information, support preferences and consultation requests. We may also collect technical information needed to operate and protect the service, including device, browser, IP address, authentication, error and usage data.
If you choose to save an Emotional Wellbeing Reflection, the full name you provide is stored as your preferred name, along with your support preference, in your account profile to inform future wellbeing support. These values are kept while your account is active, can be updated or cleared from your report preferences, and are removed from the profile when the account is deleted. This preference does not add your answers to the profile, book a session, or authorize messages.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure your account, calculate and display your self-reported Movement Health Report, save your progress, respond to support requests, improve the service and meet legal obligations.
Assessment information is used for wellness guidance. GritUp Life does not provide a medical diagnosis, and your report is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
Mobile verification and messages
We use Firebase Authentication to deliver and confirm one-time verification codes. If you separately agree to receive WhatsApp or other messages, we use your number for the purposes described at the point of consent. Account verification consent does not automatically enrol you in marketing.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share the minimum information required with service providers that help us operate authentication, hosting, communications, analytics and support, or when required by law. A physiotherapist or movement professional receives report information only when you request or authorise that review.
Optional analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand website visits, CTA clicks, assessment starts, assessment progress, assessment completion and report page views. This helps us identify where people stop and improve the website.
Analytics is optional. We do not send assessment answers, report content, clinical values, report tokens, share links or account identifiers through the configured analytics events. Report and result pages are recorded only as a generic page type, with the identifier in the address replaced before anything is sent. Google Analytics is not loaded until you choose to allow optional analytics, and you can change your choice below.
Analytics are currently not selected.
Optional analytics helps us improve visits, useful links and the assessment journey. You can change this choice at any time.
Storage and retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. Browser-local prototype data may remain on your device until you clear it. Account reports are stored by GritUp’s service infrastructure.
Your choices
You may decline optional communications, request access or correction, and ask about deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and dispute-resolution purposes.
Security and children
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. GritUp Life is not designed for children to use independently; a parent or legal guardian should be involved where applicable.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes and will revise the date shown above. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@gritup.io.
