GritUp Life provides self-reported wellness assessments, educational information, movement guidance and ways to request professional support. Scores and reports are proprietary wellness indicators. They are not diagnoses, medical examinations, treatment plans or emergency services.

Stop an activity and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience concerning or worsening symptoms. Contact local emergency services for urgent medical help.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting access to your verified account and telling us promptly about suspected unauthorised use. Do not access another person’s report or misrepresent your identity.

You may use GritUp Life only for lawful personal purposes. You must not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, introduce harmful code, scrape protected information, reverse engineer restricted systems, or use the service to harm or mislead others.

Any introductory report review is limited to the scope explained when requested. Availability is not guaranteed. A short review does not create a broader clinical relationship or replace an appropriate in-person assessment.

GritUp Life software, branding, report design and original content belong to Gritup Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service. You may download your own report for personal use.

We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will work with every device. Features described as prototypes or previews may change.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. GritUp is not responsible for decisions made by treating a wellness report as medical advice. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or respond to misuse. You may stop using the service and request account assistance at any time.

We may update these Terms and will revise the date shown above. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required. Questions may be sent to support@gritup.io.
